For the big guns, we have a 100 yard range with minimum shooting distance of 50 yards for use with paper and club approved targets only. The facilities are covered offering protection during summer months and allowing for shooting during inclement weather. The range is apportioned to allow for both rifle and pistol use. We offer a fall, winter and spring rifle and pistol league providing a continuous competitive process to help improve and maintain shooting skills and ability. Along with skill and ability we emphasize safety, etiquette, ethics and a thorough understanding of the firearms in use. Shooting on the range by members is allowed seven days a week from 9:00 AM until dusk.
New berms for the upper pistol range were completed in 2021. The upper pistol range has been divided into 3 separate shooting bays greatly increasing the functionality and overall safety of the range. The center bay is for use of our steel targets (please see safety rules below), while the right bay will continue to be used for paper targets on stands. Each range can now follow separate hot/cold status without interrupting the course of fire on the other bays.
Steel Range Rules
